Adjustable Beds 'R Us, A division of Relief Mart, Inc., is here to bring the best memory foam mattress and adjustable bed combinations available to you. We have several goals for each and every transaction.
We strive to make sure that you are never surprised with your purchase. We do this by gladly taking your phone calls and emails and answering any questions you might have. Feel free to let us know about medical concerns, size and/or space limits, deadlines, or any other factors you are considering when making your purchase. All of our sleep specialists are thoroughly trained on all of our products at our corporate headquarters in Westlake Village, CA. If for any reason we are unable to answer your questions, we will research the topic and contact you promptly.

Delivery
We do have two options for delivery. The express delivery usually takes one to two weeks, and does not have in-home set up available. The adjustable bed bases require little set-up, but are quite heavy. This is also a more costly method. Our standard delivery is much cheaper, includes in-home set up at no additional cost, but will require 3 - 6 weeks for delivery. While we do our best to keep all sizes of adjustable beds and mattresses in stock at all times, sometimes manufacturer limitations or unforeseen problems do interrupt this process. If we are not able to ship your order within 10 days of the date of purchase, we will make every effort to contact you and advise you of the situation. Mattress Sleep Trial
All memory foam, latex foam, and combination memory foam and latex foam mattress that we sell are covered by our 120 night sleep trial. Simply put, you have 120 nights to evaluate the mattress for comfort and performance. If you are not satisfied at any point during the sleep trial for any reason you may return or exchange the mattress. The trial period begins the day you receive your new set. IF you choose to return the mattress, you will be responsible for shipping the mattress back to us. You must contact our customer service department for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Mattresses sent back to us without an RMA number are subject to refusal. If you choose to exchange your mattress, you will be responsible for return shipping of your mattress, however we will send a replacement without additional cost. Since we custom-design mattress to fit special needs, we often strive to correct the problem you have or exchange the mattress.

Mattress Warrantee
For a period of 30 years from the date of purchase we guarantee that our mattresses will be free from material or manufacturing defects. For a period of 10 years, this will include total repair or replacement (at our discretion). For the balance of the guarantee, you will be responsible for the pro-rated value of the mattress. In the 11th year of ownership, you will be responsible for 33.3% of the value of the mattress, and this will increase by 3.3% each year thereafter. You are responsible for all shipping for repairs or replacement under warrantee.

Adjustable Bed warrantee
Leggett and Platt manufactures the finest adjustable bed bases in the would. If you are not satisfied with the adjustable bed base, you must contact Leggett and Platt directly. The S-Cape II model adjustable bed base comes with a 20 year warrantee through the manufacturer. We cannot and will not accept any returns on adjustable beds for any reason other than damage during transit.
